Femi Taylor did!
As Oola, the Twi'lwk dancer who falls to her death in Jabba the Hutt's Rancor pit, she filmed her role for Return of the Jedi twice, in 1982 and again in 1996, when more footage was added for the Special Edition version of the movie!

Trivia: her brother, Benedict Taylor, appeared as a fighter pilot in Star Wars I: the Phantom Menace!
