Aisha N Tyler (Tietjens)
A superb improv comedienne who made Talk Soup a must-see during her tenure as host, Aisha is also both a tech / video game aficionado and a serious home brewer, making her a fanboy fave as much for her magnificent mind as her bodacious bod!
She was also a multi-ep guest critic on At the Movies Ebert & Roper, easily besting Richard Roper in both analysis and cinema knowledge!
If only she wasn't already married... ;-(

Linda Park
Most of Linda's work has been genre films or tv! (Not that I'm complaining...)
Regular cast member on four series, three of which were genre.
And, in my opinion, she's one of the few reasons to watch the first three seasons of Enterprise! (The fourth, and final, season was actually pretty good!)
Linda's a tae kwan do black belt and gifted ballroom dancer, as well as the founder of the Underground Asylum theater company.

Alicia Silverstone (Jarecki)

A modern "flower child" type, Alicia first made a splash as a psychotic ingenue in films The Crush
Very involved in ecological and political causes, Alicia recently did a (tastefully) nude ad for PETA (which I've linked below).
Vamps (Goody)
Tropic Thunder
Silence Becomes You
Alex Rider: Operation StormBreaker
Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed
Scorched
Rock My World
True Crime
Hideaway
Blast from the Past
Batman and Robin

No one else has played Batgirl / Barbara Wilson (niece of Bruce Wayne's butler, Alfred Pennyworth).
All the other Batgirls have been Barbara Gordon (daughter / niece of Commissioner James Gordon)
(You thought I was gonna list over a dozen other Batgirls?)
